Try to rotate and flip moving pieces to fit as they fall from the top of the screen: make the pieces fit precisely with the others to form a complete row. The quicker you position each piece and allow it to drop into place, the better your score.
As complete rows are formed they disappear. When you've got rid of ten rows, you advance to a higher level - and the pieces fall faster.
Tetris offers ten difficulty levels, five starting heights, a replay last game option, a scoring system that records the top ten, and randomly generated pieces.
